In 2000, Tegan Grant was approached to style four luxury townhouses in Neutral Bay for a Sydney developer. The goal was simple: help buyers emotionally connect with the space so they could see themselves living there.
That experience shaped everything that followed. Tegan recognised early that thoughtful furniture placement and cohesive styling could unlock real value — even in challenging markets.
Over the following two decades, Tegan built one of Sydney’s most respected property styling businesses, working closely with developers, agents, and homeowners to prepare properties for sale.
During that time, her teams styled and furnished over 10,000 homes, developing deep expertise in:

FurnishX was created to make professional, interior designer-led furnishing accessible for entire homes — something many people never thought was achievable without the cost, complexity, or timelines of traditional interior design.
